I am a Senior BIM Coordinator and Digital Tools Lead with over a decade of international experience across architecture, computational design, and research-driven innovation within the AEC sector. My career bridges design, technology, and implementation, operating from early-stage concept design through to construction, fabrication, and digital delivery.
- After completing my architectural education (RIBA Part I & II) at Brighton University and later enrolling in the RIBA Part III Diploma at Westminster University, I began my professional journey at HWCD in Shanghai and London. There, I contributed to large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, led design teams, supported major architectural competitions, and introduced parametric workflows that enhanced visualization and delivery processes.
- From 2014 to 2018, I worked at HOK London as a Professional Designer and BIM Coordinator, contributing to high-profile projects including Dubai EXPO 2020 Masterplan, Glasgow University developments, and Schiphol Airport competition proposals. During this period, I developed custom environmental simulation tools and strengthened interdisciplinary collaboration between design and sustainability teams.
- I currently serve as a Senior BIM Coordinator and core member of the Research & Innovation team at Atkinsrealis, where I lead the development of advanced digital tools that optimize workflows, improve interoperability, and enhance data-driven design decisions. I have led initiatives such as the Concept Analysis Tool, Daisychain, CARS (Croydon Station), Robotics in Nuclear R&D, and Covid-19 spatial analysis tools. My work integrates computational design, machine learning techniques, parametric modeling, and backend system development to deliver measurable impact across transportation, residential, education, and infrastructure sectors ____ Alongside my BIM and architectural expertise, I work extensively in full-stack development, C#, Python, Unity, Unreal Engine, and emerging Web3 technologies, exploring immersive visualization, VR/AR environments, blockchain applications, and smart contracts for the built environment.
I am known for bridging technical and creative disciplines, mentoring emerging designers, and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines. My focus remains on shaping the future of digital design within the AEC industry, creating tools, systems, and experiences that elevate both design quality and operational efficiency.
I believe technology should serve design, not dominate it. Digital tools are most powerful when they amplify creativity, enable clarity, and remove friction from complex workflows. My approach centers on interoperability, automation with purpose, and building systems that empower teams rather than constrain them.
Innovation, to me, is not about novelty, it is about impact. If a solution does not improve decision-making, collaboration, or delivery quality, it is simply noise.I am driven by curiosity and the constant pursuit of better systems. Whether developing parametric models, rewriting backend architectures, or leading R&D initiatives, I am motivated by solving problems that sit at the intersection of design, data, and human behavior.
I thrive in multidisciplinary environments where architects, engineers, developers, and strategists converge. Building bridges between disciplines, and between people — is what fuels my professional growth.Beyond digital environments, I remain deeply connected to architecture as a built, physical, and social discipline. I value mentorship, collaborative culture, and continuous learning. My international background has shaped a global perspective, allowing me to adapt fluidly across cultures, teams, and industries.
At my core, I am a designer... technology is simply the medium through which I express and scale that design thinking.
